Ingredients

4 bananas

8 eggs 

Organic Blueberries 

Preparation

  1. Place four ripe bananas in the mixer and 8 eggs 
  2. Turn the mixer on low and slowly increase 
  3. Fill muffin tins with muffin cup liners 
  4. Fill the muffin cup with egg banana mixture half way  
  5. Add blueberries 
  6. Bake for 12 minutes on 375
  7. Top with sour cream
